The second Hoopsfix All-Star Classic Coaching Clinic will take place on Saturday, May 28 at Crystal Palace.
With CPD opportunities for coaches continuing to be hard to come by, the Hoopsfix All-Star Classic will offer 3 hours of on-court and off-court sessions with four top UK coaches the morning before the basketball showcase junior British ball.
For both on-court sessions, Mark Clark will talk about his man-to-man defensive principles that the WBBL London Lions squad have used this season while dominating all competition, and Surrey Scorchers’ Creon Raftopolous will share drills from fast break and transition basketball used to build a fast offense as well as player development tips on good training habits.
Then, in the classroom, City of London Academy’s Jackson Gibbons will discuss building a team culture after a near-perfect season with an all-under-19 squad, and Solent Kestrels’ Adam Sewell will explain. how they engage players through their unique video analysis and scouting system.
